The Court affirmed the judgment and order from the circuit court Alexander T. McGee, who was convicted by a jury of first-degree sexual assault with a dangerous weapon, burglary, and false imprisonment, related to an incident in which he broke into his child's mother’s home assaulted and sexually assaulted her at knifepoint.
